- Perform preflight and post flight checks on all simulators to perform preventive and corrective maintenance task.
- Maintaining all servers with proper upgradation of server and applications backups, cloning, restoration and other required activities, running and evaluation of QTGS.
- Installation of Navigational Database, customer configuration, visual alignment.
- Carries out Simulation Qualification testing (QTGs) and performs preventative maintenance for each training device based on the published monthly schedules.
- Responsible for maintaining and operating flight training devices as per DGCA/EASA requirements and flight safety standards.
- Have a good ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagram, simulator software and technical documentation and ability to evaluate, isolate and repair malfunctions.
- Provides total customer support service that include accompanying customers through instructor station training during dry training operations.
- Maintain tools and test equipment, and ensure equipment in calibration proactively identify issues and solutions, keeping the maintenance manager informed of progress.
- Maintained accurate records of all repairs performed on flight simulators.
- Configured flight simulators according to customer specifications.
