  • Work to be in charge of overseeing the group of 13 managers who work in various parts of the state. The area in question is approximately 35 lakh square feet. There are 4 state offices located in Bangalore, each covering an area of six lakh square feet: one in a 100,000 square foot state office, two in a 3 lakh square foot technology office. Handling 17000 Employees of Various Department of Jio platform

    o 69 Jio Centers, each with a roughly 3500 square foot working area.
    o 339 Jio Points, each with a functional area of about 800 square feet.
    · Four warehouses and a DC located on roughly 6.5 lakh square feet.
    • Provide many services to support businesses, such as managing several sites around India, consolidating offices, budgeting, consolidating contracts, managing a fleet of 70 taxis, soft services, technical services, and CLR.wards achieving more goals. · The role involves providing 100% uptime for HVAC, electro-mechanical equipment (UPS), diesel generators, inverters, AHUs, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, CCTV systems, landscaping, mailroom, helpdesk, front office, concierge services, printing & stationery, vending machines, pest control, key management, accommodations (guest houses), mail room, stores, and other related areas.
    · Budgeting for and keeping an eye on corporate services. overseeing all administrative costs, including inventory management, capex and optex, and the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    Effective lease negotiations, agreements, interior construction, seating, electrical, air conditioning, and project management tasks that include: coordinating with the project management team to ensure that the project is completed according to the agreed-upon timetable, including bid finalization. Understanding the prerequisites and establishing the BOQ for opening a new office.
