Currently serving as a member of the Supply Chain Planning team at LAM RESEARCH CORPORATION, specializing in the procurement of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) commodity which is solely responsible for supporting LAM Research Corporation's manufacturing plants located in Malaysia & USA by ensuring seamless supply chain operations and timely delivery of critical parts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end procurement activities for PCBA component parts with a focus on cost optimization, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Network Planning (SCNP) team to accurately forecast PCBA parts demand and align procurement schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance metrics & Conducting regular supplier Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and drive initiatives for continuous improvement in supplier quality and performance.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of PCBA components by coordinating with logistics partners and warehouse teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and address slow-moving or obsolete inventory through data-driven analysis, implementing necessary actions to improve efficiency.
• Involved in leading multiple Cross-functional task force and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Monitor FREESTOCK bin status to meet inventory requirements and reduce stock discrepancies.
• Acting as a strong liason with stakeholders and suppliers, fostering productive relationships and ensuring alignment of goals.
• Leverage leadership experience to implement best practices and drive organizational success.
