• Performing thorough functional testing and regression testing to improve the customer experience with Alexa.
• Clearly communicate the bugs found in the skills to the developers using the defect management tool (JIRA). Performing UATs for new test plans.
• Maintained a Traceability Matrix to track the requirements to the test cases, to ensure complete test coverage.
