• Part of team responsible for planning of High Rise Residential building with 3 - 40 storeys towers worth 1700 Cr.
• Coordination wih all internal departments to create construction schedules as per project execution strategies amd ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Making daily / weekly / monthly project reports and presentations for client.
• Responsible for making Monthly and 3 months look ahead plans with resource loading and budget calculations
• Comparing planned vs actual costs and taking mitigation measures if necessary.

• Tower In-Charge for both Structural and Finishing activities of a 45 storey high rise residential tower and ensuring proper work flow and timely targets.
• Responsible for planning & tracking of the project including RCC & Finishing activities.
• Responsible for the RCC construction using MIVAN shuttering of the project which includes two 40 storey high rise towers.
• Increased output to achieve a slab completion cycle of 7days.
• Responsible for planning of various finishing activities of the tower and tracking to minimize delays to improve output.
• Responsible for co-ordination between different departments and consultants to maintain streamline flow of progress.
• Responsible for handling Billing (Civil & MEP) for 5 projects in Sunteck City.
• Looking after the BOQ and reconciliation of the project.

• Was given the responsibility of landscaping work and maintaining material record for the same.
• Calculation of the quantity of finishing works such as Gypsum plaster, Cement plaster, False Ceiling, Tiling etc. and looking after the quality and efficiency of the same.
• Helped in fire chute installations.

• Worked under the quality head to conduct quality checks, understanding method statements, learning the working of a batching plant and off-site management.
• Learned about various tests conducted on materials and re-bar procedures for strenghtening the structure.
• Worked with various engineers and sub-contractors to gain practical knowledge about different activities like laying of foundation, pre-stressed slab procedures, columns and staircases from laying the formwork to casting of the element.
• Learned basics of planning and scheduling of different project activities.
