- As a Project Engineer I Test electrical panels, and harness testing of electrical panel.
- I have experience of :
- Project 1: ATS (Auto transfer switch 50 A,100 A, 250A, 300A, 650 A)
- Project 2: Battery charger Rectifier Module Panel of 2KW, 5.6 KW, 3KW Battery Charger project.
- In Panel testing i have perform whole functionality testing like :
- 1) Functional testing.
- 2) Endurance testing.
- 3) HV Testing.
- 4) IR testing.
- 5) ATP.
- Site Visit :
- 1) Naval Dockyard Mumbai - INS Betwa Ship
- 2) Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) -INS Kolkata
- Qualitek labs chakan :
- Qualitek labs is government approved NABL ceritfied quality test labs to provide the quality test certification for products.
- I have attend following testing in qualitek labs
- 1) Vibration Testing
- 2) Thermal Cycling Test
- 3) Corrosion Test
- 4) Dust Test
- 5) Withstand Voltage & Insulation Resistance
- I having experience of testing of PCB and troubleshooting of PCB.
- Inspection handling Experience : i have experience of handling inspection organised by our organization to handle customer of DGQA.
- DGQA is responsible for Quality Assurance of all defence stores and equipment, both imported as well as indigenous for the Army, Navy (excluding Naval Armaments) and common user items for the Air Force procured from Private Sector and DPSUs/PSUs.
- Harnessing Experience
- I having knowledge of how to make harness by using design.
- Testing performs on Harnessing:
- 1. The Importance of Wire Harness Testing.
- 2. Visual Inspections.
- 3. Continuity Testing.
- 4. Insulation Resistance Testing.
