· Currently I am working in CIO Organization, that leads IBM’s internal IT strategy and is responsible for delivering, securing, modernizing and supporting the IT solutions that IBMers use to do their jobs every day.

· I am responsible and SME for two applications here, i.e. ESW and ECW, all the details related to the software products, flows to ESW and then used by the several down streams teams.

· I am responsible for the functional flow of the data, any data related issues, missing data, logical change in the programs, analysis and making sure it gets deployed end to end ,

· Migration of the country based data, introduction of the new software/ or the software version

· I am responsible for the creation of the High-level Design document/technical document as per the business requirements

· I also prepare/ customize all the query changes related to the COGNOS reporting on the ESW end is analysed and developed by me.

· Any new requirement to the Mainframe (JCL/COBOL/PL1), any changes to the DB2 queries.

· I use Mainframe/OPC scheduler, QMF/Dbeaver(SQL query), Jira board

· I also support the daily job runs of CAP/EPM(jobs scheduled on Cloud), monitor it and take necessary actions as per the need, I work on UBUNTU and Airflow (Cloud) to support this.

· I have participated in the Hackathon with the idea of automating the fixing of the failed Mainframe jobs by itself in the daily scheduled batch jobs.

· I have worked in the Data Science project organized by the Data Science Guild, where we had to create the model for the Iteration rate of the employee based on various factors.

· I also participated in the WatsonX competition.

· Currently I am working in a project called Northern Trust, which is a financial institutions dealing in Wealth management, Asset management, Corporate and Institutional Services.

· I am working in Global Fund Accounting team, where my role is to enhance the existing code, RCA, Debugging, suggest ideas as a continuous improvement to the client to make the process smoother.

· I work on entire Mainframe part along with it work on Investone Enterprise/Spectra sheet. I have worked on different screens of Investone Enterprise and have worked regressively on Spectra sheet to analyse the breaks and issues with business.

· This also involves looking at the daily jobs and fix the abends if any. More to this I also work on the analysis part which comes as a SRQ/INC – related to the missing data, or any kind of issue which the clients request.

· I also work on Focus/Web Focus – This is a reporting tool which works on Mainframe platform as well as on Web. I do the RCA/ debugging and giving ideas how to enhance the piece of the code.

· Proposing the new enhancements along with the advantages of it to the business and implementing it the system.

· Dexterously involved in coding and creating software applications as per the requirement from the client.

· Delivering quality end products to a large client outreach thus developing adaptability to the diverse mind-sets and work requirements of multiple clients.

· Deftly coordinating with onsite team/Clients and assisting the team members on technical and functional front.

· Managing the complete life cycle of development/ support projects including analysis of the client requirements, translating new ideas into client’s solutions, requirements development, delivery, support, analysis and documentation.

· Efficiently designing and establishing components for complex, major projects to agreed project plans and to defined Technology standards to meet project requirements.

· Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.

· I am into project called Experian, which is a global leader in providing analytical and information services to organizations and consumers to help manage the risk and reward of commercial and financial decisions. For consumers, Experian delivers critical information that enables them to make financial and purchasing decision with a greater control and confidence via the products that gives the credit score as per the requirement of the organizations.

· I am working in Client Migration team, where the data, products, applications (online/batch) of all the client’s needs to be migrated from the Legacy database i.e. M204 to DB2. As a part of migration, software were created to test the results of migration to DB2. Data proving, feasibility study is carried out to compare the results between the two databases, on the basis of which the clients make the decision to migrate their products to DB2 database.

· My role is to carry out the data proving activities, feasibility study, and root cause analysis and once the clients are happy with the results between the two databases, I migrate the products and data of the clients to the DB2.

Project – QBE as a Mainframe Developer and Business Analyst

Place – Bangalore

Duration – March 2014 – April 2015

Responsibilities: QBE is an Insurance company located in Australia, Europe and North America. Understanding the functionality of the project and supporting it 24/7.

I supported 3 application where two belongs to mainframe and one is of WebFocus and Report caster (reporting tool). Beside production support, I dedicate major time in development projects. I took the ownership of doing the analysis, estimate and delivering the projects which use to come to Accenture as an enhancement project or pure development project.

In addition to my role, I have been in frequent interaction with the clients on the solutions and enhancement part with respect to the technical area.

I have being mentoring the resources coming under me and making them aware of the functionality and help them learn quickly.

I have also been proposing new solutions/improvements, to make the business work with more ease, making my visibility across the business users.

I am working as a developer along with supporting the production line 24/7 from past 2 years.

Project – COOP as a Mainframe Developer

Place – Bangalore

Duration – May 2012 – December 2013

Responsibilities Coop is a retail store across Europe (Accenture looks after the software part). Writing new code and making changes in the program according to the functionality, requirement and deploying it to production.

I was awarded with the Accenture top level award for my dedicated efforts in the project.

I took the responsibility to do the analysis, estimate and delivering it which use to come to Accenture as an enhancement project.

I have worked on various mainframe tool such as Endevor, Panvalet, NetExpress.

I have being mentoring the resources coming under me and making them aware of the functionality and help them learn quickly.

Project – Allianz as a Mainframe Developer

Duration – November 2011 – March 2012

Responsibilities Allianz is an insurance company, where I got to learn insurance functionality and supported the team with code change to enhance the client’s facilities according to the requirement.
