Having an Excellent operational knowledge of placing a deal, Update/Amend client’s personal information for the activity on the account.

Receiving CDD requests from the CDD teams and reviewing the requirements.Reviewing CDD information held on clients and to obtain missing documentation from clients.Reviewing clients Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents before placing a deal to avoid banking payments frauds.

Supporting Team Manager in managing Team by providing support in managing SLA, Deadlines, work type Trainings, Huddles & Quality issues. Excellent experience of handling Business Intelligence Tools like Citrix, Tableau, Pega, Composer and Outlook. Managing a team of more than 15 members. Efficient resource allocation and generating insightful reports using Tableau.
