  • If any truck is moving as per the plan, then I have to inform the same thing to the broker and check with them whether we have another load, or if we can pick the same load later on as well. If they said yes, then we go ahead and book other loads as per the timings given by the broker.
  • If the broker asked to inform the truck drivers to accept tracking, we have to inform the same things to the fleet, and they inform the same thing to the truck drivers to avoid deductions.
  • Track the loads on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate the rates with brokers to book the loads for assigned trucks.
