Client Engagement:

Conduct platform demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions for clients. Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their expectations.

• Prepared documents like proposals, BRD, FRD, Feature lists, wireframes, Prototypes, NDAs, Project Contracts, etc
• Business Analyst in handling Client calls, tracking current project progress, and sharing updates with Clients and Management
