• Global Integration Lead : Drive end-to-end financial integration of newly acquired agencies, travelling to Agency office across globe to deliver process presentations, evaluating legacy operations, and implementing Accenture-aligned financial models.

• Controls & Compliance : Ensure smooth month/quarter/year-end close, maintain audit readiness (UK/US KPMG), and enforce financial controls.
