- Collaborate and assist the Clients for site requirements during the commissioning of the project and carry out discussions and studies to troubleshoot pre- commissioning issues.
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance system for the smooth running of all Electro-Mechanical equipment's that enables improvement in performance and reliability.
- Re-examine the standards of the power plant to ensure that all machines and related Auxiliary equipment's are not jeopardized due to extended operation period.
- Carry out feasible studies and discussions with Client Engineers for renovation, modernization and up rating of existing Hydro electric power plants that enhances the productivity of the Power plant.
- Plan and manage the required operational changes and carry out safety inspections during breakdown maintenance.
- Investigate failure and maintenance problems of mechanical and auxiliary equipment's and oversees the technicians to carry out mechanical maintenance.
- Material handling and storage of spares, tools and Electro-mechanical equipment's and keeping an inventory of required parts and materials.
- Plan and manage the required operational changes and carry out safety inspections during breakdown maintenance.
- Manage and supervise fellow Engineers and Technicians to ensure the proper functioning of Electro-mechanical equipment's and related auxiliaries.

- Carry out field surveys to analyse and provide Fire proofing for structures with hydro carbon fire proofing in petro chemical industries.
- Organize Engineers and Technicians on site to ensure serviceability and quality to maintain highest possible standards.
- Monitor the quality of insulation and cladding materials to meet the standards required by the clients.
- Close collaboration with the sales department to analyse the site conditions and make cost estimates and calculations according to the approved design.
- Conduct surveys to collect field data and re prioritize designs to improve the performance of the mechanical systems.
- Develop and upgrade the Fire stopping works to reduce the risk and cost to enable high quality tools and accessories to the workers to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and maintain a record of the progress of the work and establish work schedules and make changes whenever necessary.
