Project: Four/Six Laning of Solapur - Bijapur Road Project of NH 13 (New NH no 52) From Chainage 0+000 TO 110 +542 (Design length 109.08) in the state of Maharashtra and Karnataka on BOT basis.

Client: National Highways Authority of India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising, monitoring & construction of highway activities such as BC, DBM, WMM GSB, Subgrade, Embankment and RE Wall as per design and drawings and ensure adherence to project execution plan.
• Cross checking Budgeted quantities vs site certified quantities and daily planned vs achieved quantities.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting design drawings and specification.
• Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyor and general work force involved in the project.
• Access and evaluate the subcontractor’s work.
• Documenting processes and presenting project progress reports to senior managers and clients.
• Coordinate with independent engineer/third party agencies, if necessary, job inspection.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site.

Project: Construction of 12.5km length N9 road With BRT near Uddandaraunipalem to Nidamaru(Southern Boundary) in Andra Pradesh New capital City, Amaravati.

Client: Amaravati Development Corporation Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising, monitoring & construction of highway activities as per design and drawings and ensure adherence to project execution plan.
• Cross checking the site levels with design levels at every stage of work completed.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Ensue and maintain proper quality of work execute at site.
• Issue required materials to work contractors, maintain records of issue, receipt & reconciliation of materials.
• Coordinate with work contractors and prepare the monthly bills.
• Prepare the site log books & hindrance register.

Project: Improvements to Bagepalli-Halagur SH-94 from Km 0.00 to km 64.28 (In selected Reaches) in Chikkaballapur District.

Client: Karnataka PWD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensue and maintain proper quality of work execute at site.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly progress report.

Project: Karnataka Housing board layout works.

Client: Karnataka Housing Board, Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising, monitoring & construction of UGD, Water pipe line (HDPE), Road side drain, WBM road works as per Drawings.
• Maintain daily labour Reports, materials issue reports and daily progress reports.
• Prepare work contractors monthly bills.
