• Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement. Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products and services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organization.

• Initial discussion with customer regarding their requirement and offering them the best design concepts, internal discussion with teams for freezing the design and finalizing.
• Formulating a plan to meet the objectives of the project while adhering to an approved costing and timeline. Plan for execution and necessary resource to complete it.
• Assigns tasks, sets deadlines, provides necessary resources, and meets regularly with the members. An ability to speak openly and frequently with all departments.
• Supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project. Keep a routine tacking the progress of the project status with respect to schedule time.
• Proper documentation of each tasks and analyze for moderating the spend and re-allocating funds when necessary so that there should not be any breakdowns or delay.
• Deliver the product in time with best quality to the customers.

• Analyze the customer requirement, research and create a concept design using CREO.
• Responsible to create a conception product design using CAD software’s (CREO & UG NX) that fulfills a company or client's requirements while parallel integrating the needs of marketing, manufacturing departments.
• Conduct design review meet and discuss regarding the specifications, needs, and product robustness, implement necessary changes or modifications.
• Participate in DFMEA processes (based on standards) and make sure tests that are identified as recommended actions are incorporated.
• Perform component stability tests like FEA analysis, Mold flow analysis and tooling with respective departments
• Preparation of detailed technical presentations for both internal and client project engineering review.

• Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
• Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
• Undertake continuous training and development. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

• Responsible designing and manufacturing of robotic models based on the concepts of real time academics with respect to robotic equipment’s like sensors, motors, actuators etc
• Create the Design of Robotics models based on STEM concepts using CAD tools as UG NX
• Study plans for upcoming generation of engine models, and develop strategies for improving upon current models
• Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function. Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards
• Research competitor products quarterly and collaborate with product development team to generate ideas for making our products the best ones on the market

• Responsible with all members of the fabrication team concerning day to day fabrication works.
• Start each shift on time and ensure all team members are present and assigned work in order of priority to meet on time delivery
• Ensure paperwork is complete at each stage of fabrication
• Periodically check the various processes in Fabrication to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible
• Ensure any material found out of spec is properly identified with a red tag and kept aside for QA
• Monitor the fabrication attainments to determine whether or not targets are met
• Work with the team members and the Fabrication Manager to work on improving missed targets
