  • East Zone CBT (Central Billing Team) Incharge: Responsible for end to end coordination and planning of billing audits and bill closure for all the interior fitout and greenfield projects in east zone.
  • Design validation of BOQ and WO deviation of Civil, Electrical and HVAC packages.
  • Auditor (Engineering Billing): Ranking no 1 as billing auditor amongst all India EPC auditors, Have conducted audits certifying final bill of nearly 400+ sites valuing 300+ Crore Rupees of various formats and made a total debit of 6 Crore rupees as on Apr-2023, a direct cost cutting to the company.
  • Vendor payments and retention: Worked on payment certification of vendor bills at various stages and handled retention hold and clearance of final bills of all the east zone work orders.
  • FIM Reconciliation tracking all india by using SAP and excess material wastage recovery from vendors through credit notes.
  • Data analytics, MIS Summary and Power BI dashboard's prepared and published as required by the management for various works.
  • Final NOA clearance by checking final FDS quantities, retentions, checking final rates awarded and coordinating with contracts department for negotiating rates if found on higher side.
  • Responsible for bill closure and supporting contracts team for work order amendment through second level FDS certification to along with preparing excess service payment details made to vendor through SAP.
