• Experience in handling 60+ PCI DSS, PCI SAQ D, PCI 3DS, Application Penetration Testing, API Penetration Testing, Application Source Code Review, Network Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing projects, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR & ISO 27001 audits.

• Performing project tracking through clear and concise status reports and time management reports; proactively identifying potential issues and tracking project member progress against commitments.

• Creating project plans to fit stakeholder and customer needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes; full accountability for project results.

• Defining project roles and responsibilities in close collaboration with the customer, including project scope and objectives to ensure a cross-functional understanding among project members.

• Co-ordinating with the finance team for project milestone billing and ensuring timely billing for all the projects.

• Handling escalations on an immediate basis and working on the RCA to provide the required solution.

• Performing Document management activities such as creating new customer, PID creation, contract id creation for FP and T&M contracts in P4, P4.5 & P5 stage
• As per customer agreement, creating SOW and sharing to customer in time availability
• Creating Quote and contract for FP and T&M project to ensure all resources are billable as per Project plan
• Performing Resource management activities such as SO creation, Resource allocation to project
• Maintaining timesheets for billing records
• Posting/Saving RUS for each contract by the end of every month
• Invoices submitted to customer in time (No further delay except No PO cases)
• Tracking and monitoring customer payments in the tool for each contract in such a way no Outstanding and overdue invoices occurs in future
• Initiating project creation and deactivation by get it approved from Quality/PM/IBU head
• Preparing projections report quarterly and sharing to operations team..

• Interpreted data on price and yield future investment-risk trends, economic influences and other factors affecting investment programs.
