• QI Import :Responsible for importing data into software and resolving any rejections during the import process.

• Processing monetary transaction which included Contribution and loan repayments.
• Ensuring all items are processed and resolved in timely manner.
• Ensuring to clear all Rejections.

• Performs pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using web portal.
• • Review patient account information for completeness and accuracy and determine appropriate next actions
