1. Audienz AI – Automated Outreach Platform

• Built Audienz AI, a multi-channel outreach automation platform using Node.js (TypeScript) microservices, supporting both manual and automated campaign flows.
• Integrated Anthropic Claude (via AWS Bedrock) for dynamic conversation generation and intelligent outreach response management.
• Developed subscription management modules with secure billing via Stripe.
• Integrated Unipile for automated LinkedIn and Email channel management.
• Designed dynamic, multi-step campaign sequences with retries, scheduling, and conditional flows based on recipient engagement.
• Captured and analyzed outreach analytics including email opens, clicks, LinkedIn actions, and meeting outcomes.
• Built real-time outcome generation engines to dynamically adjust outreach campaigns based on recipient responses.
• Used MySQL for managing metadata like campaign configuration, user data, and sequence flows.

2. Marketing Intelligence Platform

• Built a robust Node.js (TypeScript) data integration platform to connect marketing (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) and ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Bing Ads) using secured REST APIs.
• Automated data ingestion, export, and backups via Airbyte and Node.js microservices, managing metadata in MySQL and core data in Snowflake.
• Developed scalable analytical pipelines with ClickHouse, enabling efficient querying of large marketing datasets.
• Implemented real-time event streaming using Kafka, managing multiple topics for inter-service data flow.
• Managed AWS S3 storage for file backups, with SNS-triggered Node.js services to process and load data dynamically.
• Orchestrated data transfer, transformation, and Kafka re-ingestion, using ClickHouse as the intermediate data layer.

3. Data Shared Services Platform

• Engineered a real-time Node.js (TypeScript) data processing system to sanitize, deduplicate, and validate over 3.6 million marketing automation records.
• Consolidated data from multiple platforms into Snowflake as the single source of truth for all core marketing and CRM data.
• Developed Node.js microservices to process inbound data from authorized webhooks, perform enrichment, cleansing, and route data to the CRM platforms.
• Built asynchronous task processing with MySQL-based queue systems for intelligent prioritization, along with AWS SQS for scalable load handling.
• Enabled microservice-to-microservice communication via AWS SNS and optimized cache layer performance with Redis.
• Ensured real-time CRM updates by enriching inbound data with core data from Snowflake, and storing metadata & process states in MySQL.
