- Exxon Mobil USGC, Baytown GOLD – Led a team of five for the estimation of relief load calculations, adhering to Exxon Mobil guidelines through PROII simulations, along with constant engagement with EM SRR. Calculation of PSV orifice areas, and preparation of PSV datasheets. Performed Column hydraulics on Sulcol and KG. Preparation of column datasheets. Vendor performance management of column and PSV deliverables. Depressurization calculations and compressor settle-out calculations. Closure of HAZOP recommendations. AIV, FIV, and two-phase flow analysis of PSV tail pipes and main process lines. Hydraulic evaluation of Cooling Water Network on Pipenet.
- HPCL Vizag, Hydrogen Generation Unit - Bridging support for commissioning and startup of Asia's largest Hydrogen plant. DCS operation of the Hydrogen Generation Unit.
- Reformer Integrated Gasifier (Technology innovation initiative) – Supported Cost team by Preparation of Pump, Vessel and Compressor Datasheets. Compressor power calculations and stage optimization.
- IOCL Barauni, Hydrogen Generation Unit - Preparation of flare load summary, hazardous vent summary, and utility summary. Performed control valve hydraulics and prepared datasheets for in-line instruments. Developed PSV datasheets and analyzer specification sheets.
- HURL Barauni, Ammonia Unit - Key member in PC&C, startup team for the Ammonia unit. Handled the DCS operation of the steam let-down system and the Ammonia Refrigeration Unit. Supervised the logic checks of safety interlock systems and, supported in multiple site-wide startup, stabilization, and shutdown activities of turbine-driven, multistage centrifugal compressors.
