Starting from an initial revenue of 30 lakhs, strategically elevated it to an impressive 1.2 crores while maintaining a consistent positive gross margin. Under my leadership, all cities experienced substantial expansion, with average monthly orders soaring from 2.5k to an outstanding 8.5k. This success underscores the efficacy of my strategic initiatives, emphasis on operational excellence, and the significant positive impact on overall performance and scalability.
