Roles and responsibilities -

Accounts Payable - P2P - Supplier Management

• Processing invoices into SAP for payment.
• Invoice scanning, splitting, indexing, verifying, and processing with PO and non-PO.
• Analyzing the two-way and three-way match, and resolving the blocks/discrepancies for the PO by communicating with the customer and supplier.
• Supplier management and tracking information of the products and services.
• The incorrect posting of invoices will be corrected by performing a reverse and reposting, as per the invoice copy and PO creation.

Service desk - Help Desk and Payment Management

• Analyzed key performance indicators to identify effective strategies.
• Analyzed company's expenditures and developed financial models.
• Working on escalation and accounts payable discrepancies.
• Working on check payments, payment rejections, and urgent payments.
• Monitoring invoice processing, purchase orders, credit memos, and payment transactions.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with various teams, such as procurement, invoice processing, cash management, debit balance, payment rejection, and vendor master data team.
• Handling the payment rejection and working with the vendor to reissue the payment with SLA.
• Modifying payment terms at the document level as per the request or ticket received from the customer.

Vendor Master Update

• Vendor Master Data support: Vendor data update, bank details.

Data Analyzing Tools

• Generating daily dashboard reports on the ServiceNow tool.
• Achieve productivity targets. Metrics to ensure that results are achieved.
• Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines are met.
• Analyzed key aspects of the business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized them into presentations.

Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay Process (P2P)

• Invoice Scanning, Splitting, Indexing, Verifying and Processing for Payments.
• Manual Invoice Processing by resolving and matching invoices manually with GR.
• Verifying invoices processed by team members and ensuring that payment has been made to correct suppliers and there are no duplications.

Vendor and Invoice Reconciliation

• Reconciling invoices further if goods have been receipted or not and acquiring Proof Of Delivery, Bill of Lading and Delivery receipt from supplier.
• Reconciling invoices with pricing issues and availing discounts as per purchase order deal sheet.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding any queries on invoices whether it is related to shortage or pricing.
