Leading the Plant team in identifying losses, Potentials, selecting kaizen with allocating proper resources.

Ensuring lean activities that are linked to the business strategies, initiatives and developing a transformation plan in collaboration with Leadership team.

Creating and implementing a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.

Reviewing of PQCDSM Plant Targets and their Monthly review (Pillar wise & Department wise)

Assisting Project Owners in planning project timelines, milestones and deliverables using management methods

Driven problem-solving for key issues using 7 WCM problem-solving steps - PDCA approach.

Identify top chronic issues and set-up problem solving teams to attack those problems through Structural Methodology.

Work with the Central team to define WCM Lean standards, while rigorously adhering to them in the Plant.

Ensuring that the Best Practices implementation process is effective in the Plant.

Support the plant team in the review of progress, identification and implementation of measures to ensure the WCM program is as per the Road Map.

Implement, drive and measure identified projects in the plant (Quick Kaizen, Standard Kaizen & Major Kaizen).

Weekly/Fortnightly audits of projects for timeliness and execution content within the framework of audit guidelines of pillars.

Support the plant team in Performance Control system for sustaining the results achieved.

Analysis and evaluate the method of production and point out the way to improve the process.

Improve the operational efficiency through Material Flow analysis & fatigue reduction.

Responsible for conducting line balancing and cost reduction to reduce manufacturing cost.

Taking Corrective and Preventive action for the problem that causes production delay and quality problems in the process.

OEE improvement and yield improvement (rejection control) through six sigma.
