The final dashboard was effective at displaying the trend of sales, profit and discount in the states of USA, allowing users to understand the data and make informed decisions. This dashboard could help to identify that the quarter 4 in 2012 has highest average profit of ~$800 and age above 90 people are making loss in business. HR DATA ANALYTICS - Personal Project, 02/2023, Created a Tableau dashboard to track employee data for the HR team, including employee count, attrition count, active employees and attrition rate in percentage. The dashboard streamlined HR processes and increased efficiency. This Dashboard can save 3-4hrs of work for the HR during internal auditing data collection. NETFLIX MOVIES AND SHOWS ANALYSIS - Personal Project, 03/2023, Performed in-depth Excel data validation on data from various netflix movies and shows of different genres. A map, bar charts, area chart, bubble chart, text sheets with filters are used to provide a detailed analysis for the end user. Built a tableau dashboard covering different KPIs (top genres, movies and shows distribution %, ratings, duration in minutes) to track the types of programs that viewers interested and trends over years. This Dashboard can potentially save 70% of time during the analysis Netflix users over the world and their interest in shows. PIZZA HOUSE EXPLORATORY DATA ANALYSIS - Personal Project, 11/2022, Data cleansed and transformed using SQL. Calculated the number of pizzas that had at least 1 change and how many had no changes, maximum no. of orders using CTE. This analysis could help to find cancelled orders and the reason for cancellation and thereby reduce the order cancellation by 50%.
