  • Account maintenance for SME (small medium enterprises).
  • Screening the corporate applicant details in negative database (Ename Check) and get relevant approvals, if needed, before onboarding the client
  • Rendering the retention service for existing corporate customers such as Term Deposit maintenance requests, Amendments (addition/deletion) to Authorized signatory/POA, Internet Banking facility service requests, Company Title Amendments, Address Change, Ownership Change requests & Account closure requests.
  • Performing periodical KYC checks & update the bank records for existing corporate customers by validating the Trade License, Business profile Declaration form, FATCA form, CRS Form along with relevant approvals (Product Team, Compliance Team, Business & Governance).
  • Onboarding and performing the periodic end-to-end KYC review for the DED entities (Department of Economic Development), Free-zone Entities (Jebel Ali Offshore co, RAK & AJMAN).
  • Performing the periodic KYC review for Sole proprietorship, Partnership, Private share holding company, Public share holding Company, branch of foreign companies.
  • Identifying the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and updating their details in corporate customer records.
  • Handling Onboarding process for all type of corporate customers (Small & Medium Segments).
  • Handling Mail queries from client relating to process.
  • Training fellow team members in the maintenance process
  • Adding and deleting signatory for company
  • Providing online Banking access to the customer.
  • Updating Static details of customer
  • Communicating with relationship manager to understand clients’ needs.
  • Handling different types of cases i,e TL expiry, Mobil, e-mail id update, SME id updated (visa , passport, E- id) account closure, account conversion
  • Will update the trade License and ID copies of client through digital portal.
