I spearhead the Public Relations & Corporate Communications here which involve drafting and editing essential documents, coordinating events along with building the brand image of 2 Retails brands named Gaia and Skinella, two FMCG brands for Health foods and Skincare solutions respectively. This includes all the ATL and BTL activities as the brands are available both online and offline stores, handling more than a 100 SKU's in both the brands collectively. I take care of the entire product cycle right from the product development to packaging ideas to marketing and sales training to ORM, giving end to end support to the sales team and conducting training sessions for the on ground staff.
Apart from this, since the company is also into white labeling, I am responsible for sharing new innovations and servicing high end clients such as Dabur, HUL, Mamaearth, TATA and many more.
As a Public Relations Manager at the most exquisite agency for luxury hospitality brands, I had the opportunity to works with the most renowned brands such as Palazzo Versache Dubai, Kandima Maldives, Suneva Fushi, Relais Chateau Group of hotels and boutique properties like The Postcard. Here I was responsible for how these brands are percieved in India and how through these acivities, we are able to generate more visibility resulting in higher sales. I could achive this through media management and media planning, client servicing, drafting essential documents for the right target audience, coordinating FAM experiences and travelling with the media, organizing media interactions & bridge building meetings etc.
One interesting experience that led me to learning alot was, to witness and handle was the crisis management done at the time of Covid19, it gave me an insight on how does this sensitive industry works during such difficult times and how the luxury industry functions.
As a PR executive of a reputed academic publication house, I was looking after the books division where I had to make sure that the books were sent to the right kind of editors and influencers, in this case the college professors and politicians who are academically very sound and encouraged others to buy a certain book. Hosting multiple events like book launches, talk sessions, seminars and college activities was a very big part of what I did over all. The marketing collaterals that were required by our sales team and the events were also a part of my KRA. Apart from this, I was interacting with authors on a daily basis for their bytes in the media and sourcing for opportunities that could increase the visibility of their books. The CRM here took up great amount of my time as the review lists that I used to create, were supposed to be entered in the software and then I had to make sure that these books were disseminated to the right media coordinating with Logistics.
Here, I got an opportunity to showcase my creativity, where I was made responsible for their quarterly in house magazine called "PResents". Here I received a lot of monthly recognition awards for my out-of-the box thinking and completing comprehensive tasks well in time.

I got an opportunity to work with high end luxury brands in the fashion and food industry such as Rado, Dior, Fendi, Tom Ford, Tag Huer, Forest Essentials and Tamra(Shangri-la), Mamagoto, Le Creuset in the food industry.
