1) Manage the safety matters within the manufacturing department for safe working practices.

2) Maintain the quality and standards of course/module deliver effectively.

3) Contribute to the teaching/training undertaken within the manufacturing department.

4) Support innovation in course design & delivery learning, training & assessment methods.

5) Manage all faculty/staff within the department including performance management and there development also all the resources associated within the department.

6) Enhance the quality of research by encouraging and enable demonstrable research achievement within the department.

7) Coordinate with all other departments as teamwork in students & internal projects.

8) Coordinate with HOD/HOI for develop new curriculum/course and the regular course.

9) Manage the inventory of tools, equipments and consumables of manufacturing workshop.
