• Working as an individual (sole) pega contributor from the company as a Pega developer in a CDH (customer decision hub ) application for the client.
• Worked on implementing an entire ingestion process in CDH application for customer data ingestion , starting from input of source data from listeners , data processing till the storage in RDBMs tables using the data flows in the data sets.
• Worked on multiple POCs including

-setting up up BOE(business operations) environment from scratch for the application

-changing the architecture of Data Jobs in CDH from file based to trigger based.

• Changed and developed the ingestion process to be real time , using the private kafka MSK AWS topic to read the customer data , which was earlier file based and got triggered from file listener now changed it to kafka based.
• Currently working on upgrade to Pega 24.2 (cloud) alongside other developers and decisioning architects.
• Manage deployments using Pega's deployment manager from Dev to production for tech as well as decisioning team.
• Proposed and developed a solution :Integrated an entire application with service now for setup of error handling and monitoring in the entire applications with which led to efficient management of automatic incident creation wherever necessary while creating customized alerts in PDC for the same.

• Worked as a senior developer and took ownership of critical user story development.
• Took ownership of constellation migration of all the case types in the entire application, while palling and developing required changes to all the case types one by one , from logic changes to UI changes.
• Reviewed the code changes and guided fellow junior developers in the team.
• Worked on KAFKA implementation with confluent in Pega to handle real time changes from another applications.

• Developed user stories and critical application enhancement across 3 different applications

• Worked on POCs like one on customer service PEGA to integrate PEGA call feature using AWS CTI configuration.
• Took the ownership to develop the user stories, code changes, unit test them, suggested workarounds and blockers to product owners and agile team, migrated the changes to higher environments and also worked on bugs simultaneously in an agile team
