- Managing / Implementing the PPAP requirements of customers since prototype / trail lots to SOP.
- Ensuring the calibration of all gauges & instruments as per schedule and maintaining the calibration records.
- Monitoring 5-S activities on Daily basis in assigned zones.
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training, before deployment in respective work locations.
- Budgeting preparation of annual & then monthly quality budget for training, travels, overheads and capital expenses.
