Over the period of 16 years and working with several companies I have implemented different strategies which has resulted in savings for the company & for customers and also helped in effective utilisation of resources.

  • Wingtech Technology, Negotiation (resources) on early phase of the project kick-off by providing effective planning and R&R saved 25 headcount, resulting $1m annually. provided the strategic direction to product development team and combined three different process in one saved CapEx and headcount cost by 6%.
  • Strong Technology, Techno-commercial negotiation: helped to improve sales by 15% and saved 11% cost from vendor. Team Environment: Build consensus by improving processes for ME/EE/Quotation department, resulting in faster response and quick turnaround in addressing in customers issues.
