• I am a part of a team that delivers state of art solutions around unified collaboration , contact centers, video conferencing and AI.
• My day to day activities include Account Mapping , Conducting workshops, Educating customers on "Digital Transformation", conducting product demonstrations, running proof of concepts and helping sales team build funnel and taking opportunities towards closure .
• I am leading sales drive from presales perspective for Avaya Spaces which is an online cloud based collaboration tool.
• I have worked very closely with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for many verticals to push our cloud based collaboration solution during lock down period in 2020.
• I have presented and demonstrated our workspaces for many customers during pandemic times and offered free and trial licenses to help customer with the adaption of the tool.
• Educated customers on security aspects of Avaya Spaces and answered questions around various compliances.

• I was responsible for a team which delivered solutions to our existing and potential customers, while depicting the strength of AGC Networks as being a solution Integrator of choice.
• Designing solutions.

• I was able to close 2 multi million dollar deals in a single calendar year
• I was awarded as the best Presales Consultant in 2015 and was part of Achievers Club in Dubai and Kerala in 2014 and 2012.
• I have received 16 more awards at various times during my time with AGC.
• Special CEO's award for growing business for a specific customer from 250 seats to 22000 seats.

• I handled customers from across the globe, which required support from Avaya backbone
• I was involved in troubleshooting, installations, configurations of various Avaya products.
• I handled critical escalations and acted as a tech lead for my team.
• I have participated actively in the hiring process for the company where I was the member of the technical interview panel.
• Received President's Club Award for outstanding performance in 2006.
