Description:
The Project Involves Moving the Legacy Systems of the company to Oracle Fusion. The Project is an Implementation of HCM, Finance,SCM, EPM & OTM for a Brazilian Government Water Company
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Led the design and implementation of REST based integrations, utilizing OIC adapters for ERP, HCM, FTP, and REST services.
- Established governance frameworks for integration lifecycle management, error handling, and monitoring.
- Since the Company is a Public Company ensured that all solutions adhere to the strict Audit protocols by the Brazilian government.
- Designed APEX applications with RESTful services and external APIs to enable real-time data exchange across platforms.
- Handled a team of 7 Local Contractors to ensure Timely Delivery of the Solutions along with 7 Offshore employees
- Designed Automations using PCS in GEN2 and then Migrated the same to GEN3 and implemented them in OPA
- Handled Historical Data Migration for the client.

FEDEX GROUND SYSTEMS
Environment : PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2/ PeopleTools 8.55/8.57
Role : Integration Technical Lead
Description:
The project involves integrating two major supply chain and logistics provider systems and provide a one stop solution for all the countries in Europe. Modernizing legacy applications and developing fool proof Financial Solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop new interfaces to integrate data from the newly acquired company to the existing system.
- Involvement with business to understand their requirements and provide apt technical feedback of the possibilities.
- Manage delivery and execution of the project from offshore.
- Led the team providing support and development for PeopleSoft HRMS systems to help integrate existing FedEx system to the newly acquired TNT system
- Improved client relationships and project predictability through shared business and technical perspectives
- Involved in requirements gathering, design and development of modernizing a legacy architecture using real time integration between PeopleSoft and third party system using JSON messages and REST API calls.
- Providing Configurable Solutions which enable multiple businesses to adopt the solutions based on their needs.
- Responsible for final deliverables and knowledge transfer to customer.
- Well Experienced to use agile methodologies for the development cycle.

FEDEX GROUND SYSTEMS

Role : Production Support Engineer and Support Lead
Description:
Supporting a Custom bolt on Applications of FedEx for the US and Canada Geographies for the various modules like workforce administration, Settlements, bank integrations etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Involved in resolving the issues being reported by the business on a day to day basis.
- Involved in finding the root cause of the issues and providing the respective solutions either as a code fix or data fix.
- Carried out Problem Management and achieved 10%YOY decrease in incidents.
- Involved in minor enhancements to fix the issues during RCA.
- Manage delivery and execution of the project from offshore.
- Led the team providing support of FedEx PeopleSoft HRMS modules.
- Improved client relationships and project predictability through shared business and technical perspectives, agreed project roles risk assessment and use cases.
- Led the support activities and ensured all the support trackers and incidents are resolved within SLA defined.
- Prepare and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders on daily and weekly basis.
