Reporting to our factory manager regarding , Production, plant shut down, their maintenance, trail new mold and material, material inventory and recycle / rejection rework, BOPP-PET film printing/Adhesive plant.
Responsibilities
• Have responsibility of the entire Production, Quality and Maintenance of Mold and Core head die of the Blow Molding Plant,(RR Plast, Jagmohan PLA) and Adhesive Tape plant.
• With 3 Injection Blow molding machines we produced 20 Liters Jerrican, comprehensive range of Narrow mouth, Wide mouth and Open top drums ranging from 25 Ltr to 100 Ltr capacity( produced only for internal packing).
• Indent the forecast material for the plant (as per sales target).
• Is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
• Plan, organize and direct production for plastic injection molding manufacturing facility to meet or exceed production goals, in a cost-effective manner.
• To achieve target as per production plan/ ensure all mould should be run at full capacity
• Vendor Development, New product development
• Reduce MTTR( Mean Time to Repair) and Increase MTBF( Mean Time to Failure)
• Raw Material Re Conciliation/ Inventory Management
• Responsible for reviewing and/or administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations of wage increases.
• Is responsible for consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures.
• Doing testings as per BIS and ASTM standards for Drop test, Wall thickness testing, Leakage test, tensile strength, adhesive strength etc.
• Rejection and rework/rework procedure and monitoring of rejection on used Drum, cane and Jerricans with chemical or Adhesive.
Responsibilities
There was 14 injection molding machines (Ferromatik and L&T).
• Handled production as well as quality Control for the entire tenure of the assignment.
• Was QC Executive of Injection moulding plant producing Industrial Plastic Tasla, Gghemla, Safety Helmets, Buckets- Mug, Bathing stools using HDPE and PP as a base material
• Ensured daily shift output of Machine performance with quality output molded parts
• Handled personal performance and performance management improvising & improving as required
