Smart Meter National Programme (SMNP): 40Lakh Smart Meter-Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) to be implemented in Uttar Pradesh utilities i.e. MVVNL, PVVNL, DVVNL, PuVVNL and KESCO under India's 1st smart meter project at large scale. Project co-ordinator among field & Corporate team, system integrator, OEMs, Clients for smooth implementation, operation & maintenace of smart meters. Below highlights are mentioned under this Programme:

• Meetings with utilities officials and various stakeholders and support to provide project information, documents and solutions on challenges. Liasionning with UPPCL and utilities nodal officers for smooth implementation and operation of project.
• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.
• Support to team for integration of smart meter AMI modules HES, MDM, Cloud, Help desk portal, OUBIEE.
• Conducting field site survey, field inspections of quality control and safety for better project implementation and collection necessary data for analysis, report prepration and relevant projects.
• Preparation of MIS, DPR, PPTs, prepration of relavent formats for data collection from various stakeholders and field team for Smart Meter National Programme (SMNP) for execution of Smart Meter project.
• Monitoring and validation of Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports of SI and DISCOMs for various services and completing tasks to achieve targeted level of SLAs.
• Participate in the planning of CI, MI, material supply, manpower deployment to meet the daily teargets, Pre dispatch inspection of smart meters and implementation of AMI systems, applications, communications infrastructure and operations.
• Managed billing activities for consumers, ensuring timely deliveries, projected bills, and cash collection, and developed new processes to increase Revenue.
• Preparation of invoices, billing to clients for revenue generation of company and tracking of monthly invoicing, payment and outstanding of clients and vendors for Smart Metering Project
• Vendor managements & process of invoices through BTS portal, SAP and E-Office. Follow-ups with corporate team for timely payments.
• Single point of contact (SPOC) of supply chain management (SCM) for supply of smart meters, contract deliveries and inventory monitoring to meet the project requirements.
• Reports formation, Letter Drafting, Note Sheet drafting/Initiations, Records managements and data analysis Managing All warehouses related to New Hiring & Existing, payments, Contracts and other activities
• Warehouse mangement of UP: searching and new warehouse hiring, complainces and monitoring, Material Movements, monitoring of warehouse management portal (WMS), Transporters Hiring, lease drafting and signing & payments related activities.
• Achieved successful project outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting strict deadlines.
• Trained and mentored competent and flexible workforce to meet project needs and promote positive work environment.
• Conducted field visits to observe and inspect quatlity of installation, safety of manpower during installation and improve project implementation rate efficently, by providing technical support, training sessions and motivationtion to field teams.
• Spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives resulting in increased operational efficiency across multiple departments.

Street Light National Programme (SLNP): Contributed as Engineer In-charge and Divisional In-charge for liasoning with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Implementing agencies, Suppliers and smooth Implementation & Operations of LED street light CCMS. & C.H.S. at various ULBs in states of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh & Maharashtra.

• Conducting field site survey, field inspections, Lux measrements for better project implementation and collection necessary data for energy consumption analysis and relevant projects.
• Submitting the proposal to ULBs, Authorities for improvement of infrastructure facilities and installation of Centralized Controlled Monitoring System (CCMS) for better operation of efficient LED streetlights.
• Preparation of DPR of different Govt. sites under the Street Light National Programme (SLNP).
• Monitoring energy saving after the implemetation of LED steet lights.

• Monitoring of 33/11kV control room.
• Operation and maintenance of switchgears, circuit breakers, relays and power transformers.
• Analysis of input energy and output energy and maintain record.
• Roaster planing for control room duties.
• Extend the support to sub-division officer to overcome the issues related to technical and consumer related.
• Support to technician for fault analysis in distribution system and provide suitable solution.
• Align team for preventive maintenance to minimize fault.
• Support to consumer on problems related to billing, meter, new connections and temporary connections.
• Site visit along with SDO, JE and technician for major fault in sub-station and distribution network.
• Monitoring consumer billing and revenue collection.
• Preparation of reports, sensitive letters and note sheet.
• Developed strong relationships with trainees, offering mentorship and support beyond the completion of the apprenticeship program.
