• Responsible for the whole audit process, which includes management of clients' expectations, issues and challenges, budget estimation based on current resources, establishing the audit approach, monitoring and adjusting the progress of team members toward completion, reviewing the work of team members, reviewing the reports prepared by the client, communicating with the partner about the audit progress/issues, and taking full ownership of the audit assignment until archiving.
• Delivering constructive feedback to team members during the audit assignment and upon completion, networking in asset management community.
• Manage and supervise the execution of external and statutory audit engagements for various clients.
• Identify areas of risk within the client's business in terms of fraud risk and significant risk, and identify the indicators and mitigators that affect the business environment.
• Liaising with peers to ensure gaps and overlaps are minimized, and end-to-end coverage where auditable areas span business units and boundaries.
• Research technical accounting issues such as Going Concern, Subsidiaries impairment, Buyback of shares, Merger etc. and resolve them directly with management and partner in charge.
• Work on maintaining a portfolio of clients, managing multiple deadlines, and further developing industry expertise.
• List of major clients handled: Micromax Informatics Limited, Planetcast Media Services Limited, Shriram Automall Limited, Lintec India Private Ltd, Xaarjet (Overseas) Private Ltd, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Global International Indian School, John Menzies, Amazon, Delhivery, and others.

Worked on one of the major EY client in Telecommunication - EXL Service Holdings Statutory Audit as per US GAAP & Indian GAAP, SAS 100 review, Data Analysts, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Audit for a SEC listed Service based industry engaged in IT enabled / BPO services. Worked on Treasury, Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Buyback of Shares, ESOP and other processes.
