APPLYING PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN REAL WORLD

  • In this project, the objective was to rollout a pilot tabletop menu tablets in the bar of two Sauce & Spoon restaurant locations in order to assist customers with quick, easy ordering options, reduce table turn time, reduce food wastage, maximise profits, increase daily guest counts and increase customer and employee satisfaction. CASE STUDY: HOW CAN A WELLNESS COMPANY PLAY IT SMART

  • In this case study, hypothetically I am working as a data analyst on the marketing team for Bellabeat, a high-tech manufacturer of health-focused products for women. I was tasked to analyse smart device data to gain insight into how consumers are using their smart devices. My objective was to provide the company with my analysis using R and SQL, that will help with the company’s marketing strategy.
