Developing and tracking effective production plan to ensure profitable shipment for every program. Represent factory in P.P meeting with buying for fixing time/schedule/date for activities such as: size set sample making and approval from the concerned buying, bulk cutting start and end dates, sewing start and end dates. Proactively follow up for the fabric, trims and accessories to be liquidated as per schedule. Look fabric and trims averages co-coordinating with cutting sampling departments before starting of bulk production. Discussing the style and other requirements with quality. Co-coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality product delivery on time in case of out sourcing.
