- NPI & SUSTAINING CHANGES are done with respect to changes according to the customer requirement from their SCM portal providing the output with on time delivery and 100% accuracy
- Creation of BOM structure to import changes into AGILE PLM system using VBIA-EXCEL MACROS and RPA UI path
- Creating good rapport with CLIENTS thereby Pulling in new PROJECT TRANSITIONS from CUSTOMER & creating GEMBA,SOP's where these required documents are used for knowledge sharing sessions with the team members and for process improvements
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various customers like HP,HPE ,Cisco products and their Supplier portals for BOM creation
- Preparation of documents like FMEA,CAPA,QCL,CP as per the DMS & QMS standards.
- Continuous Improvements are done on a quaterly basis for creating KAIZEN ,reducing the process timings thereby increasing the PRODUCTIVITY
- Cross Functional Trainings(CFT) are carried out to support other teams process and improvements thus coordinating with other teams expressing the core values like
Teamwork & Analytical problem solving methods - Creation of excel VBIA to scrutinize the process end to end to reduce issues and escalations which helps to put through RPA AUTOMATION
