1.) Have been key member for initial face Last Mile Hubs and Pin code expansion team in Tier 4 Cities from 2018 to 2019 in Punjab and Jammu Region.
2.) Leading Network Loss Scorecard for Punjab, and J&K territory Extended delivery service Partners and successfully took territory from average score 8.5 In Week 6 to average score 9.5 in week 11 (2021).
3.) Successfully Established a Mechanism and Implemented the same at ground to Reduce MDR (Material Different Received) reject Loss for Manager Patch. Achieved 80% Dip in loss within 6 Months (Jan'20 to July'20).
4.) Developed IHS channel Post Lock Down as per Organization Compliance policy from 35 Stores to 105 Store in spam of 5 Months (July'20 to Oct'20) for Ludhiana City to handle festival Peak.
Project: Worked with lexicon team to build conventions and spelling guide for Hindi and Punjabi language which further enhanced Alexa response to these languages.

2.) Rework Elimination for trunk lid tape in Tata tigor at Paint shop.
