• Supporting Global Account on Strategic Planning, Operational Planning and Control.
• Budgeting: Planning for Revenue, Profitability and Operating Metrics.
• Forecasting: Monthly forecasting of Revenue and Margins.
• Financial Analysis - Tracking of Financial and Operations metrics such revenue forecast vs actual, margin forecast vs actual, Utilization, Account Receivables, Reserves etc.
• Interacting with Commercial and Delivery teams and Supporting Client Partners and Delivery Partner.
• Driving margin improvement plan along with BU Stakeholders.

• To engage closely with different Stakeholders and Partners to finalize the monthly forecasting.
• Primarily focused on Revenue, operating expense, allocation and headcount throughout the monthly accounting close, monthly forecasting.
• Weekly review of WIP & AR with Leadership. Following up with clients/Delivery to ensure Aging is in control & WIP is controlled by regular billing to clients.
• Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines (Key drivers like expenses, revenue, claims, vendor).
• Evaluating and preparing Pricing models as per Partner and Senior Manager requirement.
• Preparing and presenting the financial numbers to the Partner and Senior Manager.
• Track the under burn and overburn in the project.
• Tracking time of Resources and ensuring Bill rates /cost rates are updated into system & Missing Time/Interface not flown is reflected to Delivery & any not approved Billable/Non-Billable Time is adjusted/taken off.
• Preparing & submitting monthly Cash Forecast.

Forecasting:

• Consolidation of Forecasts & Pipelines submitted by Sales/Business Delivery Teams on Monthly basis, reviewing the numbers submitted & performing calls for ensuring that reasoning detailed are gathered for variances & controls known are enforced for accuracy.
• Preparation & Presentation of detailed Forecast Report with analytics to Leadership every month.
• Prepare Forecast with realistic assumptions so that variance with actual should be minimal.
• Working closely with Delivery Managers to create and review Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financials plans.

Month End Activity:

• Analyzing the movement of key financial metrics like Revenue, Cost & Expenses (Actual vs Forecast).
• Supporting in key month end activities including interacting with (Senior Managers) to provide the trend of financials along with reasons for the change.
• Ensure revenue is accrued for the given set of accounts on time. Provides support to Global Revenue and Billing team for all billing matters where required.
• Analyzing F vs F’ financial and identifying reasons for variance.
• Track and Report benefits realized from Actual Vs Forecast during the course of the project on monthly basis.

Invoicing:

• Billing & Collection: Invoicing to client and Tracking payments of Invoices so as to avoid late collection in payment.
• Monitoring WIP, proactively reporting of revenue risk to top management to avoid reversals.

Other Activities:

• Actively support in preparation of any ad-hoc requirement that may come up from time to time.
• Conducting monthly meetings with projects Senior Managers and Partner.
• Providing transparency of costs to support management in various ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Using Financials applications/tools like Oracle GFS, N2K, INFORM, Business Objects (BO) & Clarity.

• Involved in analysis and spreading of Annual Reports including Balance sheet, Income statement and Cash Flow statements of companies across the globe.
• Involved in analysis of Tax Return and Financial Reports prepared under US GAAP.
• Interpreting notes of financial statements and make adjustment in the financial statements accordingly.
• Assembling spread sheets and arrive at client specific financial ratios and corporate risk calculation.
• Involved in review of the financial spread sheet prepared prior to generation of credit rating.
