Project: British Telecom (BT) || Duration - Nov 2022 to till now

• Working as a subject matter expert/Team Lead for SDWAN transformation for DHL customer, European region.
• Successfully migrated approx. 600 sites on SDWAN out of 1500 sites of European region.
• Leading a technical team of SDWAN designers to migrate the DHL MPLS VPN and Internet links to Cisco SD-WAN with the help of vEdges/cEdges (Viptela and IOS-XE) SDWAN devices.
• Reviewing, guiding, motivating and training the team of ten TDA.
• Handling escalation, preparing LLD and providing support during migration.

Project: Airtel (Manesar, Gurugram) || Duration - July 2022 to Oct 2022

• Deployed by Tech Mahindra Sr. management on the Airtel project for taking knowledge transfer (KT) and handover for Managed and unmanaged customers service assurance.
• Interacted with Airtel Sr. management and SMEs in order to thoroughly capture the existing process, products and tools.
• Created process and technical(MPLS/ILL/SDWAN/Media) standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
• Trained effectively more than 100 new joiners and deployed for the operation.

Project: TELUS Communication Inc || Duration - Dec 2015 to June 2022

• Worked as a subject matter expert (SME) lead for enhanced design team for configuration, change and migration of Cisco Viptela SD-WAN , MPLS L3-VPN, Business Internet services for Telus Communication Inc(Canadian Telecom). and supported troubleshooting during test and turn up for various enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Viptela devices and creating Device templates , Feature templates , CLI templates on vManage required for SD-WAN implementation and migration from legacy network.
• Worked on SD-WAN vEdges/cEdges like- vEdge2000 , ISR1100 4G ,ISR1100 6G, ISR4331/K9 routers and designing & preparing solutions as per architecture standards.
• Creating and auditing design documents (HLD and LLD) for team with help of MS-Visio, MS -Word.
• Extranet configuration and troubleshooting among multiple VRFs.

Project: RCOM, Mumbai || Duration - Oct2013 to Dec2015

• Worked as Engineer-SOMG with service order management (SOMG) team and responsible for provisioning L3 and L2 VPN services for Reliance Communication enterprise customers.
• Worked on Cisco 7600, ME3800,3710,3400 and Huawei- CX600,CX400,CX200 and Juniper routers and switches.
• Migration of enterprise customers VRF from Hub/Spoke to Mesh topology as per requirement.
• Performed Scheduled activities for Cisco/Huawei devices node integration in L3 and L2 rings and link speed upgradation and migration within MEN ring.
