- Coordinate with my teammates on the improvement and cost control projects by arranging team meetings and speaking out with our mates to get good ideas
- Participated in 8D's draw-up with my higher official when the huge numbers of wafers broke in any process to give a complete explanation to our customers
- Draw up the reports by the end of the shift by mentioning all the machine status, OEE, daily Output, and what the individuals did on the day and email the report to below VP level
- Testing on the Ionizers to monitor the ESD (Electrostatic discharge) performance to improve the quality of the product
- Monitor CDA pressures and DI water flow rate to maintain the process without any issues
- Recovering the wafers from the machine in case of any utility issues or any major down of the machine
- After warm or cold shutdown perform startup procedures by record down all the data on checklist for reference and start buying off procedure using dummy wafers from the QA and Process team
- Perform conversion or change package on Wafer Mounter, Wafer tapper and Back grinder machines from 8inch to 12inch by changing the hardware of the machines as well as the qualification
