- Act as focal point for requisitions received for the procurement of Rotables, Consumables, Expendables. Releasing RFQ to vendors, comparative analysis, preparing & releasing of purchase orders on AMOS. Keeping Tracking of all open POs with Pending order sheet and sending reminders to vendors for timely delivery .
- Handling of BFE Vendors: Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders, follow-up for delivery and payments.
- Coordination with different internal team to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause financial losses.
- Ensures that all outstanding purchase orders are expedited to meet required delivery dates. In case of critical / AOG orders, delivery schedules are closely monitored and coordinated with freight forwarders to ensure items are received in time.
- Establish proper recording and monthly reporting systems of all engineering procurement activities and developing reports on procurement and usage of material for Head of Department.
- Monitoring & planning of consumable requirements relating to various scheduled maintenance Checks, engine changes, new aircraft, Lease Return Aircraft, major checks and SB Mod Kits.
- Monitoring company Asset and their management.
- Tracking Shipment post receipt of Pre Alert from Freight Forwarder.
- Monitoring Shipment and Logistics Activity and ensuring easy movement of shipment in AOG Situations.
