Shell Client (Feb-2019 till Now) - I am presently serving as a Program PMO for a multiyear, multimillion-dollar mobility downstream project in Malaysia. The project focuses on enhancing customer experiences through contactless petrol pumps, digital wallets, non-fuel retail ext. My role involves overseeing the program's financial aspects and including budgeting, forecasting, maintaining monthly LE, creating POs managing vendor payments and ensuring compliance with the Shell Project Delivery framework.
My achievement this year includes achieving zero variance between the planned (LE) and actual expenditure for the both CAPEX and OPEX funding in the current financial year.
Vodafone - (July - 2013 to May - 2014)
I was accountable for for end to end project management for Vodafone project overseeing aspects such as billing, resource utilization, resource management, Sharepoint administration throughout my tenure.

I served as a resource manger for the Postnord project, overseeing both offshore and onshore resource management team.

I had the responsibility for managing offshore operations, including reporting, resource Management, time management, Sharepoint administration and audits.
I held the role of ensuring quality management for the project, conducting audits on work products and processes. This included coordinating metrics, resolving process issues between development and testing teams, independently monitoring the project's health providing education and guidance and overseeing activities related to process implementation, trail, tailoring and awareness. Additionally, i was responsible for weekly reporting and project status updates.
