Provide a high quality and safe ice-skating environment for the customer and the public. Skate guards are responsible for the overall safety and monitoring of ice programs, which include public and adult sessions, learn to skate lessons, hockey games, and special events. Must be able to respond calmly and effectively when handling medical emergencies. Must be friendly, courteous, mature, and enthusiastic when meeting the public.
