  Managed ticketing and reservations using Global Distribution Systems a (GDS) such as Amadeus and Sabre.
  
  Book and issue airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences.
  
  Handle ticket exchanges, refunds, and reissues as required. Stay updated on fare rules
  
  Assist clients with itinerary changes, seat assignments, and special requests.

• *Air India, Etihad Airways, Scandinavian Airline.
  
  Handle PNR (Passenger Name Record) creation and management for airline reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus.
  
  Assist customers with ticket bookings, including selecting appropriate flights, providing fare quotes, and issuing tickets.
  
  Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns related to ticketing and reservations.
