My role involved assisting customers with issues related to their telecom services and devices. I helped resolve service problems, guided customers through troubleshooting steps, and supported them in opening new accounts. I also handled activations of new telecom services and ensured accurate documentation of customer interactions. My work focused on delivering reliable support, maintaining quality communication, and providing a smooth service experience for customers.

At Sandy Enterprises, I worked as a photographer and assisted in videography during wedding seasons and other events. My responsibilities included capturing photos, supporting the videography team when needed, managing footages, and retouching images before final delivery to clients.
