I joined Indian Navy as a Medical Sailor on 31 Jul 2009. I had been posted to various Ships and units as a medical sailor. I had undergone Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing during 2015-17 from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) as part of in-service training. From this period I was working in psychiatry ward. I also carried out the duties of Ward Master Psychiatry ward from 2022-24. Following are some of the nature of work, I had done:-

• Collaborated with facility psychiatrists to determine effectiveness of treatment and developed new treatment plans.
• Performed intake triage, vitals and assisted patients with mental health screenings.
• Quickly identified problematic changes in patient behavior and progress by closely monitoring patients and keeping detailed records.
• Applied effective time management techniques to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
• Assisted staff members during emergency situations while maintaining professionalism and observational skills.
