Nrusimha Vikram Bhavanibhatla

I have worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services US-India for over 6+ years in the e-discovery service line under the forensics domain. I am currently a Solution Delivery Advisor in the E-Discovery practice's operations department. I oversee a team of 12 in performing tasks such as gathering, processing, analyzing litigation data, and managing its hosting and transfer to the client's attorneys. I also work on implementing and executing e-discovery technology best practices in my day-to-day work, identifying resource bottlenecks, handling errors that occur in the process and tools, working with product vendors to fix them promptly, and conducting quality checks to ensure that clients receive the best results. To meet project needs, I collaborate with management, my team, US colleagues, and internal stakeholders.

• Part of the team engaged in providing support to the attorneys representing US-based clients (primarily) with substantial amount of electronic data; various automation tools are used submit the final data to the legal counsels for review.
• Review process is done in another tool called Relativity which is sped up by Analytics.
• Extracting the data using tools like Relativity, Relativity ONE, Ecapture, Nuix, Brainspace.

• Organized robotics event for 3 consecutive years (2015, 2016 and 2017) as a part of college's technological fest "Acumen".

• Won Outstanding Award for having worked on a US project where I was able to identify caveats in the workflows and identified multiple discrepancies with respect to time zone of processing. This resulted in the smooth process for this time-sensitive project to complete within the deadline and avoided all the revenue loss if otherwise

I think I am a versatile and skilled person in various areas. I typically have more than one hobby that I enjoy. I create short stories and pair them with my own illustrations in the form of cartoons. I love to listen to a variety of music genres. As time has passed, my interest in composing music has grown. With this goal in mind, I've begun to learn how to play the guitar and have been using it from time to time to compose my own music. One of my favourite pastimes is watching movies, with a particular fondness for comedies and science fiction. I am skilled in both freestyle dancing and western dance styles. Dance is my go-to stress-reliever. I used to go to the gym for my workouts. After sustaining a knee injury, I decided to continue my fitness journey by picking up swimming
