  • Job Description:
  • Manages all Treasury area within institution with cash management, collateral management, funding and liquidity, investment analysis and other financial affairs. Manages and executes treasury functions including bank relationship management, foreign exchange operations, cash management, cash and treasury operations. Supervises borrowing and investing. Assists in meeting overall treasury department’s policies and regulatory requirements. Responsible for day-to-day operational aspects of treasury department.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • In charge of monthly, quarterly financial reporting, consolidation package, and adjustment entries to be made in books
  • Negotiate and manage terms and conditions with banks and credit card organizations in collaboration with Regional Treasury team.
  • Control daily cash reconciliation of stores and monthly bank/credit card reconciliations in order to manage cashflow of each company
  • Prepare investment proposals and monitor investment plan performance over time.
  • Where necessary, provide basic HR services, E.g., Commission and incentive scheme implementation advice
  • Handling all treasury related works. Handing Day to day Payments through both manual & through Net Banking.Opening of LC & Bank Guarantees as per requirement.
  • Coordinating with all bankers on behalf of company for all loan related & submitting information as required by banker on timely basis.
  • Processing all statutory payments as per calendar on monthly, quarterly,
  • Dealing with Statutory authorities & providing required data to concern departments on time-to-time basis.
  • Handling of Cash, Accounting of Cash vouchers on day-to-day basis.
  • Submitting MIS reports on Bank & Cash Balances of the company to the management on daily basis.
  • Submitting Receivable statement from all vendors on monthly basis.
  • Updating receivables tracker against collections on daily basis.
  • Handling of Bank Accounts, Accounting of Bank Vouchers on day-to-day basis, arranging Bank TT/RTGS/DD's/Opening of Letter pf Credit/Opening of Bank Guarantees/Bank balance confirmation bases on requirements, providing bank balance MIS on daily basis. Timely completion of BRS.
  • Accounting of different expenses against Imprest amounts/employee advances and accounting of Travel expenses against employee travel advances.
  • Accounting of Administration expenses of Company Vehicles & Surveyor bills, Gas supplier bills and other administration bills. Providing MIS data - Pending Imprest advances of employees & salary advances.
  • Accounting of Vendor bills of (1) Freight, (2) Labour Contractors,(3) Canteen Contractor, (4) Travel Contractors/ Agents, (5) Fuel Supplier, (6) Hotel Services, (7) Legal & Professional Services, (8) Add Agencies, (9) Power, with proper reflecting statutory accounts in the books.
  • Accounting and maintaining track of Provisions on Monthly basis related to Administration Expenses, Power Bills, etc. Preparation of GL Accounts Schedule related to Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly.
  • Issue of TDS Certificate related to Plant and maintain back up files on quarterly basis.
  • Monthly Expenditure Analysis with budget and prepare variance analysis with reasons for variance
  • Handling/ Providing require date to Internal Auditors/ Statutory Auditors on vendor accounts, Customer accounts and GL accounts reconciliations as per require
  • Verification of Purchase Quotations & comparison statements - Locate/suggest further compliance/requirements.
  • Communicated with bank members and auditors on accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
  • Prepared corporate fiscal and business plans to help strategically direct business operations and strengthen controls
  • Controlled costs and optimized spending via restructuring of budgets for labor, capital assets, inventory purchasing and technology upgrades
