Maintenance- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining all equipment models specific to a modality.
-Provide service & maintenance of Ultrasounds and BMD as well as supported in upgradation and FMI Implementation wherever required.
- Also provide telephonic/oncall support to end user/Channel Engineer for optimum uptime of equipment.
- Diagnosis of problem & spontaneous troubleshooting of the diagnosed issue if possible else followup for ensuring uptime of equipment at the earliest.
- Installation of new products along with knobology application training to the end user.
• Escalation Management- Handling Escalated cases for the Territory/Region in the view of achieving Customer Delight.
• Channel Partner Management- Coordinate and support Channel partner team/Engineers to diagnose the problem and give solution. Provide On-site trainings for channel Engineers as and when required.
• Contract Management- Responsible for Ultrasound contract penetration in the region and subsequent follow ups for the same.
• Key Account Management- Managing key Accounts like Ruby Hall Clinic, Jehangir Hospital, Inlaks and Budhrani hospital as one point contact for managing services there .Developed strong relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and positive feedback.
